Civic Center Facilities

From the most intimate gatherings to large seated dinners, the Coon Rapids Civic Center’s unique indoor / outdoor facility allows you to host a truly memorable event. We’ll provide a comfortable, gracious setting with all the amenities you’ll need to create an exceptional experience for you and your guests. You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages, or use the caterer of your choice.

Banquet Facility

The Civic Center's Banquet Facility Rooms are perfect for celebrating all special occasions such as bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, quinceañeras and anniversaries, graduation parties, holiday parties, retirement parties, awards ceremonies and memorials. 

Our Banquet Facility seats up to 230 comfortably, but can be divided to accommodate smaller groups if needed. Arrangements can be made to serve alcohol in the Banquet Facility during your special event.

Conference Rooms

Civic Room C, Conference Room, Arts and Crafts Room, and the Recreation Room are excellent choices for business and civic organization meetings. 

Banquet Room

Consider the  banquet room with commercial-grade kitchen, outdoor gazebo area, and conference rooms can easily and comfortably accommodate groups of 10 to 230 people.
