Once you've submitted your online application, you will receive a statement, contract, and end-of-event checklist via email. Please sign and date both the contract and the checklist and return them to us.
Your rental agreement will be considered official upon receipt of both the contract and the checklist along with at least 1/2 of the Room Rental fee. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

In order to make an online payment, please have your statement handy. You will need to enter the date of your event and the name of the event as it appears on the top of your statement.
We accept all major credit cards online.

The Coon Rapids Civic Center also accepts payments in the following ways:
  • Visa and MasterCard over the phone
  • Check by mail
  • Cash in person
